Founded in 2008 in Casablanca, L’Atelier 21 is a modern and contemporary art gallery dedicated to the discovery and promotion of Moroccan art.

The gallery represents Moroccan and diaspora artists whose cross-cultural backgrounds inform practices engaging with a wide range of contemporary issues.

The first Moroccan gallery to introduce its artists to international art fairs in the early 2010s, L’Atelier 21 is committed to supporting its artists over the long term, working closely with institutions, collectors and international audiences. The gallery also fosters a dialogue with selected contemporary African art scenes, contributing to the growing visibility of African artistic practices internationally.
