In this new edition, L'Atelier 21 will be presenting works based on figuration, an artistic genre that is enjoying a great revival in Morocco. Many artists have made figuration an essential component of their artistic approach, such as Mohamed El baz, Nabil El Makhloufi, Hassan Hajjaj and Majida Khattari. The works of these four artists reveal the creative and contemporary character of figuration, which opens up new perspectives on the apprehension of a different order of reality.
